BMW has revealed 2014 BMW Z4 car which is available with state-of-the-art technology. The 2014 BMW Z4 car is available for sale with dealers after its launch on spring 2013.

The 2014 BMW Z4 sDrive28i car is powered with BMW award-winning Twin Power Turbo 2.0 liter four cylinder engine which produces 240 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque. The car is accelerated from 0 - 60 mph in 5.5 seconds with the 6-speed manual and 5.6 with 8-speed automatic. The fuel economy of the car is 22 mpg on city/ 34 mpg on highway.

The 2014 BMW Z4 sDrive35is top range car is powered with higher output version of BMW venerable N54 which produced 335 hp and 332 lb-ft of torque and 7-speed DCT. The car is accelerated from 0 - 60 mph in just 4.8 seconds.

The 2014 BMW Z4 car interior features like high gloss black surrounds for central air vents and iDrive control system folding Control Display, optional navigation system and exquisite Fineline Anthracite wood has been added to selection of interior trim strips available as an option for new BMW Z4. The BMW Z4 sDrive28i, BMW Z4 sDrive35i and BMW Z4 sDrive35is are offered with Kansas leather trim.

The 2014 BMW Z4 car features standard Xenon headlights, automatic climate control, heated glass rear window, Soft Close Automatic function for boot lid and run flat tires with tire pressure monitor. The standard Z4 sound system includes CD player, AUX-IN socket and 11 loudspeakers. The car has driver assistance systems and mobility services from BMW ConnectedDrive. The car features High Beam Assistant and Park Distance Control with sensors at the front and rear of the car.

BMW announced 2013 BMW 640i Gran Coupe price

BMW of North America has announced price of all new 2013 BMW 640i Gran Coupe. The price of 2013 BMW 640i Gran Coupe is $76,895.

The 2013 BMW 640i Gran Coupe is powered with TwinPower Turbo 6 cylinder engine is initial model of range and arrives early this summer. Later in summer 2013 BMW 640i Gran Coupe is powered with TwinPower Turbo V8 and all-wheel drive 2013 BMW 650i xDrive Gran Coupe are available. The Price of V8 powered models will be announced later at car launch time.

BMW has revealed new 2012 BMW 1 Series car with five door model, new 4 cylinder petrol engine in BMW 125i and two turbodiesels in BMW 125d and BMW 116d EfficientDynamics Edition.

The 2012 BMW 1 Series car BMW 125i is powered with 2.0 litre 4 cylinder petrol engine with globally unique BMW TwinPower Turbo Technology. The car produces 218 bhp and 310 Nm of maximum torque. The car is accelerated from 0 - 100 km/h in 6.4 seconds with 6-speed manual transmission and 6.5 seconds with 8-speed automatic transmission. The top speed of the car is 245 km/h. The fuel consumption of the car is 6.6 l/100 kms and CO2 emissions of 154 gms/km.

The 2012 BMW 1 Series car BMW 125d is powered with 2.0 litre 4 cylinder petrol engine which produces 218 bhp and maximum torque of 450Nm. The car is connected with both 6-speed manual transmission and with 8-speed automatic transmission. The car is accelerated from 0-100 km/h in just 6.5 seconds and top speed of car is 240 km/h. The fuel consumption of car is 4.9l/100kms and CO2 emissions of 129gms/km. The fuel consumption of automatic version is just 4.8l/100 kms and CO2 emissions of 126 g/km.

BMW revealed BMW ActiveHybrid 5 at Tokyo Motor show

BMW has revealed BMW ActiveHybrid 5 at Tokyo Motor show which is manufactured with intelligent hybrid drive technology to next level with further ActiveHybrid production model.

The BMW ActiveHybrid 5 car is powered with BMW Twin Power Turbo technology 3.0 litre six-in-line engine which produces 306hp and an electric motor powered by lithium ion high voltage battery produces 55hp. The power from both drive units are transferred to rear wheels through eight speed automatic transmission. The car produces combined power of 340 hp, allows all electric operation speed of 60 km/h. The car is accelerated from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.9 seconds. The fuel consumption of the car is between 6.4 and 7.0 litres per 100 km and CO2 emissions of between 149 and 163 g/km.

The BMW ActiveHybrid 5 features sporty and elegant body design with various additional touches to its special drive technology. The car features ActiveHybrid 5 inscription on C-pillars, BMW kidney grille with galvanised slats, matt chrome tailpipes and optionally, 18-inch Streamline design alloy wheels which offer excellent aerodynamic efficiency.

The BMW ActiveHybrid 5 is the only model offered with Blue water metallic exterior paintwork, doorsill finishers with Active Hybrid 5 insignia, aluminium badge with same ID on centre console, model specific engine cover and ActiveHybrid Power Unit inscription on battery housing.

BMW announced price details of new 2012 BMW 3 series sedans

BMW North America has announced the price details of the new 2012 BMW 3 series sedans. The 2012 BMW 3 series sedans are 2012 BMW 328i and 2012 BMW 335i Sedans. 

The 2012 BMW 328i is powered with 2.0 liter TwinPower Turbo 4 cylinder engine which produces 240-hp and 260 lb-ft of torque. The car is accelerated from 0 to 60 mph in just 5.7 seconds and top speed of the car is 130 mph. The 2012 BMW 335i is powered with 3.0 liter inline 6-cylinder TwinPower Turbo engine which produces 3 00-hp and 300 lb-ft of torque. The car is accelerated from 0 to 60 mph in 5.4 seconds and top speed of the car is 130 mph.

The 2012 BMW 3 series sedans feature 6.5-inch central display with iDrive controller, Bluetooth connectivity, USB/iPod interface, 8-Speed Automatic Transmission, Automatic Start/Stop, Dynamic Driving Control with ECO PRO Mode and Brake Energy Regeneration. The cars also feature larger wheels and tires as standard equipment.

The 2012 BMW 3 Series Sedans will be going to make its first debut at the North American International Auto Show in January and will be available for sale with US dealers in February 2012 as 2012 model.

BMW revealed BMW i3 and i8 concept car

BMW has revealed new BMW i3 and i8 concept car which is going to make its first debut at Frankfurt motor show in September.

The BMW i3 concept car is powered with electric motor over rear axle which generates output of 170 hp and 250 Nm of torque. The car is accelerated from 0-60 km/h in under 4 seconds and from rest to 100 km/h in less than eight seconds. The top speed of the car is 93 mph.

The BMW i3 concept car has four seats, boot capacity of around 200 litres, instrument panel and door panelling are made from natural fibers, naturally tanned leather seats, central information display monitor positioned above control panel for radio and climate system, 6.5-inch instrument cluster and traffic jam assistant.

The BMW i8 concept car is powered with electric motor adopted from BMW i3 Concept car at front axle, 1.5L 3-cylinder gasoline engine system which produces 220hp and 221 lb-ft of torque. The car is connected to twin speed transmission. The car is accelerated from 0-100 km/h in under 5 seconds and top speed of the car is 250km/h. The car has large lithium ion battery which can be charged from domestic power supply can travel up to 35 kms on electric power.

The BMW i8 concept car interior has Porcelain White support structure, black technical level, section with Mocha Brown leather, air vents, control panels, full LED headlights, 3 dimensional air outlets, floating tail lights and 8.8 inch freestanding information display in dash joined with large display taking the role of instrument cluster.

BMW has revealed the new generation BMW 520d EfficientDynamics Edition or EDE car.

The BMW 520d EDE car is powered with 2.0L diesel engine system with 181 hp and 380 Nm of torque. The car is accelerated from 0-100 km/h in 8.2 seconds and top speed of car is 231 km/h. The average fuel consumption of the car is 4.5 L/100 km and CO2 emissions of 119 g/km. 

The BMW 520d EDE car features auto start/stop system, Optimum Shift Indicator, centrifugal pendulum absorber, Brake Energy Regeneration, active cooling flap control, longer final drive ratio and aerodynamic wheels.

BMW also announced 2012 5-Series will offer a new 2.0-liter petrol engine with TwinPower Turbo technology. The BMW 520i car is powered with four-cylinder engine which produces 181 hp and 270 Nm of torque. The car is accelerated from 0-100 km/h in 7.9 seconds and top speed of the car is 227 km/h.

The BMW 528i car is powered with modified turbocharging and injection technology four cylinder engine which produces 241 hp and 350 Nm of torque. The car is accelerated from 0-100 km/h in 6.2 seconds and top speed of the car is 250 km/h.

BMW has officially revealed the 2012 BMW 6 Series coupe and BMW 6 Series convertible cars.

The 2012 BMW 640d Coupe and 640d Convertible car is powered with 3.0L six cylinder diesel engine system with BMW TwinPower Turbo technology. The car produces 313hp and 630 Nm of torque. The car is accelerated from 0-100 km/h in 5.5 seconds for Coupe and 5.6 seconds for convertible. The average fuel economy of the car is 5.4-5.5 L/100km and CO2 emissions of 143-145 g/km. The average fuel consumption of convertible is 5.6-5.7 L/100km and CO2 emissions of 147-149 g/km.

The 2012 BMW 650i xDrive is powered with range topping V8 engine with BMW TwinPower Turbo technology which produces 407hp and 600 Nm of torque. The coupe is accelerated from 0-100 km/h in 4.8 seconds and convertible takes 4.9 seconds.

The 2012 BMW 6 Series features exclusive paint finishes, light alloy wheels, Adaptive LED Headlights, Active Cruise Control with Stop and Go function, Collision Warning with braking function, Real Time Traffic Information congestion warning system and Bang and Olufsen High End Surround Sound System.

BMW has officially revealed the BMW X1 sDrive20d Efficient Dynamics Edition car which was systematically designed with reduced fuel consumption and emission levels.

The BMW X1 sDrive20d Efficient Dynamics Edition car is powered with 2.0Liter 4-cylinder TwinPower Turbo diesel engine with 161 hp and 380 Nm of torque. The average fuel consumption of the car is 4.5 L/100 km and CO2 emissions of 119 g/km. The car features engine start/stop system, brake energy regeneration, disengageable air conditioning compressor, electromechanical power steering, longer rear axle drive ratio, aerodynamic light alloy wheels and reduced rolling resistance tyres.

BMW also announced BMW X1 car is powered with 2.0Liter 4-cylinder TwinPower Turbo petrol engine with 181 hp and 270 Nm of torque. The average fuel consumption of the car is 7.1 to 7.7 L/100 km and CO2 emissions are 165 to 179 g/km. The car features brake energy regeneration, on-demand control of ancillary components, Auto Start Stop function, gear-shift point indicator, electromechanical power steering and hill start assistant.

The BMW X1 sDrive20d Efficient Dynamics Edition car price details was not announced by the company and the car will be available for sale with dealers on this fall.

BMW has officially revealed the redesigned 2012 BMW M5 car which is dynamic high performance sports car with four doors and five seats.

The 2012 BMW M5 car is powered with 4.4L V8 engine system with Twin Scroll Twin Turbo technology, cross bank exhaust manifold, High Precision Injection petrol direct injection and VALVETRONIC fully variable valve control. The car produces 560hp and 680nm of torque. The car is accelerated from 0-100 km/h in 4.4 seconds, 0-200 km/h in 13 seconds and top speed of the car is 250 km/h. The average fuel consumption of the car is 9.9 litres/100 km and CO2 emissions are 232 g/km.

BMW revealed 2012 BMW 1-Series car details

BMW has revealed full details and images of the next generation 2012 BMW 1-Series car.

The 2012 BMW 1 Series car are four cylinder models using BMW TwinPower Turbo technology. The car is powered with 1.6L engine system have twin scroll turbochargers, direct injection, VALVETRONIC and Double VANOS. The new BMW 116i produces 136 hp and new BMW 118i produces 170 hp. The petrol engines are part of new generation, combining impressively sporty feel with exceptionally low fuel consumption and emissions.

The 2012 BMW 1 Series car is also powered with 2.0L turbocharged diesel models have been radically redesigned, featuring variable turbine geometry and common rail direct fuel injection. The new BMW 116d produces 116 hp, BMW 118d produces 143 hp and BMW 120d produces 84 hp have further consolidated BMW 1 Series with superior fuel efficiency in compact segment.

The 2012 BMW 1 Series car is rear-wheel-drive model in its class with in line engines, perfectly balanced weight distribution and advanced suspension technology. BMW officially revealed 2012 BMW M5 Concept car

BMW the luxury car manufacturer officially revealed first images of the 2012 BMW M5 Concept car. 

The 2012 BMW M5 concept car will be powered with 4.4L twin-turbo V8 engine system with TwinPower Turbo Technology. The performance and efficiency are improved when compared to earlier engine. The fuel consumption and emission levels are reduced by more than 25 percent. The new engine and 7-speed M double-clutch transmission with Drivelogic, M-specific suspension and steering generate perfect basics for unrivalled driving experience.

The 2012 BMW M5 concept car features excellent performance, optimized aerodynamics, large air intakes, dual round Xenon headlights, M-specific light alloy wheels and sporting double-spoke design. The 20-inch forged rims are fitted with tire size 265/35 ZR20 at the front and 265/35 ZR20 at the back.

The 2012 BMW M5 concept car is equipped with double flow exhaust system, double tailpipes are placed on each side of the diffuser and surrounded by aerodynamically shaped trims. The 2012 BMW M5 concept car will be going to make its first public debut at 2011 Shanghai Motor Show.

BMW revealed new BMW M3 Tiger Matte Edition car

BMW the luxury car manufacturer has revealed the new BMW M3 Tiger Matte Edition car for China.

The BMW M3 Tiger Matte Edition car is powered by 4.0-liter V8 engine system that produces 414 hp and 400 Nm of torque. The car is connected to 7-speed dual clutch transmission which permits the car to speed up from 0-100 km/h in 4.6 seconds and strike restricted top speed of 250 km/h.

The BMW M3 Tiger Matte Edition car interior cabin has carbon fiber trim and black leather seats with red contrast stitching. The BMW M3 Tiger limited Edition is very popular in China. BMW decided to introduce Matte Edition BMW M3 Tiger for Chinese market.

The BMW M3 Tiger Matte Edition car features matte black exterior, 19-inch high-gloss alloy wheels, black chrome side air intakes, exhaust pipes, red brake calipers, black carbon fiber interior trim with red stitching on front, rear seats and door arm rests. The car will be available in black or gray color.

The 2012 BMW 6-Series coupe car interior is covered with high quality materials and premium amenities. The 2012 BMW 6-Series coupe car is crucially designed which features shark nose front-end with bi-xenon headlights and forward slanting grille. The cost details of BMW 6-Series coupe car was not announced by the company. The car will be available for sale with dealers this fall in US.

BMW new 2.0L turbo 4-cylinder engine system in X1 xDrive28i

BMW the German car manufacturer announced new 2.0L turbo 4-cylinder petrol or gasoline engine system in X1 xDrive28i.

The new BMW X1 xDrive28i 2.0 unit features BMW TwinPower Turbo technology. The engine produces 242 bhp and 350 Nm of torque. It has all aluminum crankcase, twin scroll turbocharging system, high precision solenoid injectors for direct injection system and Valvetronic variable valve control system. The engine produces 242 bhp and 350 Nm of torque.

The all-wheel drive X1 xDrive28i fuel economy with the new 2.0L turbo power plant comes in at 7.9liters/100 km on the EU test cycle. The acceleration of engine system is 6.1 seconds with manual transmission on the 0 to 100 km/h and 6.5 seconds with the automatic transmission.

The X1 xDrive28i comes standard with a 6-speed manual transmission and BMW Efficient Dynamics technology which includes regenerative braking and a stop/start system. BMW 8-speed automatic is available as an option on the X1 xDrive28i. The 2.0L turbo was rolled out to Z4 and 5-Series this year shortly.
