Honda the Japanese automobile manufacturer has announced United States price details of the 2011 Honda CR-Z. The price of the car is $19,200 and is available for sale with dealers on August 24.
The 2011 Honda CR-Z is powered with a hybridized 1.5-L petrol engine system with 122 hp or 91 kW or 124 PS with 128 lb-ft or 174 Nm of torque. The car is coupled to a 6-speed manual transmission or an optional Continuously Variable Transmission or CVT which costs $650.
Honda estimated the CR-Z manual will attain an EPA rating of 31 mpg in city and 37 mpg in highway, while the CR-Z CVT will likely return 35 mpg in city a and 39 mpg in highway.
The 2011 Honda CR-Z base model is outfitted with an AM/FM/CD/USB audio system, power windows and door locks, automatic climate control, keyless entry and cruise control. The CR-Z EX includes top audio system with seven speakers and a subwoofer with additional cost of $1560, Bluetooth connectivity, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. At $22,560, the CR-Z EX is available with Navigation features and all the above mentioned features as well as a navigation system with voice recognition.
