BMW announced new BMW Alpina B7 presented in North America

BMW has announced that the new BMW Alpina B7 car will be obtained in North America as a 2011 model year.

The BMW Alpina B7 comes with double turbocharged 4.4-L direct injection V8 engine which has been massaged by Alpina from 400hp up to 500hp or 373kW and 516 lb-ft or 700Nm of torque. The car reaches 0-60 mph in 4.5 seconds. The car has electronically-adjustable suspension with active roll bars and 21-inch wheels based on the classic Alpina 20-spoke design in chassis.

The Interior of the car is naturally generous with Alpina illuminated door sills, upper seatbacks, inlayed into the exclusive wood trim, inner roof panel just in front of the sunroof, Switch tronic steering wheel in hand-stitched Lavalina leather and possible Alpina Piano Lacquer interior trim with silver diagonal rhombs is also obtainable.

The car is come for sales in spring after debut at the Chicago Auto Show in February. The Pricing of the car will be announced later.
