Land Rover announced new Discovery 4 Armoured Vehicle

Land Rover the UK car manufacturer has announced the new Discovery 4 Armoured Vehicle which is luxurious.

The Discovery 4 Armoured vehicle is powered with 5.0L LR-V8 petrol engine system producing 276 kW and 376 lb-ft of torque. The car is accelerated to 100 km/h in 10.6 seconds. The Discovery 4 Armoured car has reduced weight to 3550 kg. The car Chassis improvements contain air suspension, new air springs, revised damper settings, roll bars and Alcon heavy duty brake system.

The Discovery 4 Armoured vehicle features ballistic steel plates for high velocity ballistics with blast protection against 15 kg of TNT and under bottom shield against two DM51 hand grenades. The car is available with heavy wheels and smooth tires with payload capacity of 500 kg.

The Discovery 4 Armoured vehicle is available with 3 year 80,000 km plant warranty on both vehicle and armour. The car is equipped with Terrain Response System which has many settings that adjust to surfaces like sludge, lawn and rock.
