Buick the US car manufacturer has officially revealed the details of new 2012 Buick Regal Hybrid car.
The 2012 Buick Regal Hybrid car is powered with 2.4L 4-cylinder engine system with small electric motor that is powered by 115-volt lithium-ion battery and exclusively the engine produces 182 hp and 172 lb-ft of torque while the electric motor produces additional 15 hp and 79 lb-ft of torque.
The 2012 Buick Regal Hybrid car features eAssist system, engine start / stop system and aggressive fuel cut-off during deceleration. The car will get an EPA rating of 26 mpg on city and 37 mpg on highway which is 25% enhancement over standard 4-cylinder Regal car.
The 2012 Buick Regal Hybrid car has enhanced underbody aerodynamics and lightweight 17-inch alloy wheels with low rolling resistance tires. The interior of car has eco minded air conditioner, improved instrument cluster, and infotainment system with 7-inch display.
