Nissan the Japanese car manufacturer has revealed details of the 2012 Nissan GT-R which was introduced at the Paris Motor Show.
The 2012 Nissan GT-R car is powered with twin-turbo V6 engine system to produce 523 bhp and 612 Nm of torque which is an increase of 38 bhp and 23 Nm of torque. The fuel efficiency of the car was improved to 8.5km/L or 20 mpg due to the added power.
The 2012 Nissan GT-R updated model features new front bumper, revised rear look and Hyper Blue Black Chrome wheels with Dunlop SP Sport Maxx GT 600 DSST CTT tires. The front suspension has been equipped with improved springs, aluminum free-piston shock absorbers and new stabilizer bar. The rear suspension has a modified roll center height which improves tire grip during cornering of car.
The interior of 2012 Nissan GT-R are changed moderately slight but consist of improved dashboard, carbon fiber trim, chrome plated accents and new seats. The all-wheel drive system of the car is deactivated when car is traveling less than 10 km/h and steering wheel is turned more than middle for enhanced maneuverability.
Nissan is thinking to launch 2012 Nissan GT-R car in Europe and Middle East. The cost of the 2012 Nissan GT-R car was $150,000. The modernized GT-R will go on sale in Japan and going to make its first debut on November 17 at Los Angeles Auto Show.
