Alfa Romeo Brera and Spider new engines for United Kingdom Models

Alfa Romeo the Italian auto maker announced that it will be launching two new engines to Alfa Romeo Brera Coupe and Alfa Romeo Spider United Kingdom models.

Alfa Romeo BreraThe Alfa Romeo car is powered with 1750 TBi petrol or gasoline engine system197 bhp or 147 kW and the 2.0 liter JTDm diesel with 168 bhp will be available in two models.

The 1750 TBi engine is called as direct-injection turbocharged will arrive with a bulky 320 Nm or 240 lb-ft of torque but also reduce CO2 emissions on the cars with 189 g/km for the Brera and 192 g/km on the Spider. The two models accelerate to 0 to 62 mph 100 km/h sprint in 7.7 and 7.8 seconds, respectively, with new power plant and a top speed of 146 mph or 235 km/h.

The Alfa Romeo Brera and Alfa Romeo Spider obtain a new trim called Italia Independent which includes a matte black titatinum finish for the exterior, 18-inch alloy wheels in black opaque turbine design, carbon fiber trimming and a radio and satellite navigation system. The 2.0 liter diesel comes with 360 Nm or 270 lb-ft of torque and a CO2 emissions rating of 142 g/km for both models.
