Hyundai revealed 2011 Hyundai Equus at 2010 New York auto show

Hyundai the South Korean auto maker revealed 2011 Hyundai Equus which makes its first debut at 2010 New York auto show.

2010 Hyundai EquusThe 2011 Hyundai Equus car is powered with 4.6-L Tau V8 engine system which is connected to a ZF 6-speed automatic transmission with SHIFTRONIC manual control. The engine delivers an estimated 385 HP and 333 lb-ft of torque. The performance of the car is from 0-60 miles per hour in less than 6.4 seconds.

“Equus takes Hyundai’s formula for intelligent luxury to a new level. We’ve applied the lessons in engineering excellence we’ve learned with Genesis to the Equus, while adding a new level of customer experience that will further differentiate our take on luxury from the traditional premium brands.” said in a statement by John Krafcik, president and CEO, of Hyundai Motor America.

The 2011 Hyundai Equus car incorporates an electronically controlled air suspension and Hyundai Vehicle Stability Management system that optimally manages Electronic Stability Control, the electronic parking brake system, smart cruise control and the seatbelt tensioning system. The car owners manual has been replaces with an iPad.
