Zagato the Italian car manufacturer has revealed new Alfa Romeo TZ3 Corsa at the Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este taking place this weekend in Cernobbio, Italy. The Alfa Romeo TZ3 Corsa is a race car built to celebrate the 90 years of collaboration between Zagato and Italian carmaker Alfa Romeo.
The Alfa Romeo TZ3 Corsa car is powered with a 4.2L V8 engine system with 420 PS or 309 kW / 414 bhp with manually adjustable engine calibration. The car is equipped with a 6-speed sequential gearbox. The TZ3 Corsa is a two seater, rear wheel drive supercar with a mid-front mounted engine. It is light, with a handmade aluminum body, and weighs in at only 850 kg or 1874 lbs spot it as a true racer.
The Alfa Romeo TZ3 Corsa car has a mono shell tubular chassis made of carbon fiber. But now full details on the car are available. Riding on 18-inch wheels, with 245/645/R18 Pirelli PZero tires at the front and 285/645/R18 at the rear, the TZ3 Corsa does the 0 to 100 km/h sprint in less than 3.5 seconds and can reach a top speed of over 300 km/h.
